One ledger for revenue and costs
Stripe revenue next to hosting, AI spend and SaaS subscriptions. Entries are deduplicated at the source, so a re-sync never double-counts.
For founders and indie studios running several apps
Moneypenny pulls Stripe revenue and your running costs — hosting, AI spend, SaaS tools — into one ledger. See burn, runway and what each app really earns, compared with last period and the same period last year.
Free for one app. Read-only connections. Data hosted in the EU.

Features
Moneypenny is a decision layer: it tells you where the money goes and how long it lasts, per app and over time.

Stripe revenue next to hosting, AI spend and SaaS subscriptions. Entries are deduplicated at the source, so a re-sync never double-counts.

Monthly burn and months of runway, kept current as new revenue and costs arrive.

Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, each compared with the previous period and the same period last year.

Apps hosted on BlueForge report their hosting and compute costs on their own. No invoices to upload.
See revenue, cost and margin for each app, so you know which products carry the portfolio.
Switch revenue between gross and net of refunds, and read every report on the basis you care about.
Simulated and test-mode data is always labelled. A short history is explained, never padded with fake zeros.
API keys for your own tools, and operator keys so portfolio agents such as Forge Business Plane can read your numbers.
How it works
Nothing in your stack needs to know Moneypenny exists. It reads from your sources on a schedule, and it can never write back.
Create an organization. Each organization is its own tenant, with its own ledger and its own members.
Give Stripe a read-only credential and add your cost sources. Moneypenny can read your data, never change it or move money.
Sources never push. Moneypenny fetches new entries, deduplicates them and attributes them to your apps.
Burn, runway and per-app results, compared with last period and last year, whenever you need them.

The Free plan includes the Stripe connector. Pro and Studio include every connector.

FAQ
What Moneypenny does, what it doesn’t, and where your data lives.
No. Moneypenny is a decision layer for revenue, costs, burn and runway. It does not do double-entry bookkeeping and it is not a basis for tax filings or statutory accounts. Keep your accountant and your bookkeeping tool; use Moneypenny to decide what to do next.
In the EU, on BlueForge-managed Postgres. Each organization is a separate tenant, and its ledger is visible only to that organization’s members.
Read-only access. Moneypenny pulls charges, refunds and payouts to build your ledger. It cannot create charges, issue refunds or move money.
Only when it is clearly labelled. Test-mode or simulated entries are always marked as such in reports, and they are never mixed silently into your real figures.
Reports still work. Where a comparison needs data you don’t have yet, such as the same month last year, the report says so instead of showing a misleading zero.
Each product you attribute revenue and costs to counts as one app. Pricing is per app, per organization, per month. The Free plan covers one app; Studio has a 10-app minimum.
